Nature in every corner: for the rooms we’ve used Swiss pine and red spruce from our woodland.
Nature for all senses: the scent of the hay from our mountains, and the Villandro Alps dwarf pine oil.
Nature on the stove: because organic, regional and home-made food is always tastier.

In summer, the mountain herbs and fresh grass of our Alpine fields (27 hectares) at 2,000 m of altitude are a much better treat for our cattle than any gourmet restaurant.
