• Welcome drink of your choice
• Ample buffet breakfast
  (7:30 to 10:00 a.m.) – including fresh fruit, fruit juices, home-made bread and jam, smoked sausages, speck and high quality local South Tyrol produce. Egg-based dishes available on request.
• Afternoon buffet
  (1:30 to 4:00 p.m.) – a little something to get your energy back: warm soups, selection of home-made pastries and salads
• 5-course gourmet menu
  home-made specialities expertly prepared by Junior Chef Reinhold and Senior Chef Rosa (from 6:30 p.m.  – we kindly ask you to arrive before 8:00 p.m.
• Daily salad and crudité buffet
  with all types of dressings
• As much as possible is homemade

  with a visit to a demonstration distillery
• TUE: Excursion with barbecue 
  and music to our alpine hut (2.000m) with Junior Chef Walter (from June to October)
• WED: Guided excursion up on the mountain,
  to admire the wonderful views of the Dolomites
• THU: A refreshing, restorative, vitalising and guided hike according to "Kneipp"
  at the waterfalls of Barbiano 
• FRI: Guided mountain hike
  across alpine pastures of Velturno 
• Hire of trekking poles, backpacks and maps

IN WINTER:

• Guided snowshoe walks around the South Tyrol Alpine
  landscape, transfers included (MON, WED, FRI, SUN)
• Winter guided excursion on the Barbiano Alp
  transfer included (TUE)
• Free shuttle bus service directly from the hotel 
  and every day to the local ski areas: Val  Gardena/ Santa Cristina, Selva di Val Gardena/Sellaronda, Alpe di Siusi, Val di Funes and Plose
